Terex tb44 - oem joysticks intermittent

1999 TB44 has intermittent joysticks (3 sticks). Grounds look good and I'm getting power to the sticks. I have OEM Controls on the machine. After machine warms up (5-10 minutes) I will be able to use controls usually. Controls work for maybe 10 minutes and quit. If I turn off machine, monkey around, or wait for a while, controls may come back. Wiring down boom looks to be in really good shape. I have replaced a relay that controls high idle and now high idle works when I hit pedal. I've been sticking my voltage meter on everything. The joysticks show an output of 0.41 volts when function works but when function does not work output jumps to 10 volts (or just under). Basket toggle tilts always work. When I flip to ground control it kills machine. As it dies any function at ground will work if pressed so I believe my hydraulics to be good. Terex sent a guy from 200 miles away to look at machine and I requested him to have a OEM reader. He did not have reader but said he was familiar with these problems. He spent 5 hours replacing a hydraulic filter and then told me how responsive my hydraulic pressure was after. To the controls not working - he claimed he had not a clue and left. I would like to know what I should be checking before I start replacing boards...

Some stuff that seemed peculiar:

On back of toggle that switches to ground controls - top connection (w/ 1 wire) goes hot when flipped, mid connection (w/ 2 wires) always hot, and bottom connection (w/ 1 wire) always hot.
Couple times when functions were working - right swing and forward drive started going on their own until I let off foot pedal.
Left steer turns but trying to turn right may take a hundred clicks before it kind of works. The red light on basket board turns red when trying to turn right.
Joysticks have little red lights on them and they go on when functions work but stay off when function doesn't work. Joysticks all work at the same time when they work.

I found a couple posts on this exact problem but they never went anywhere. Any help or advice would be greatly valued!!!

Thanks. Jay.
